Free Dissociation Resource for Young People

We are working with The McPin Foundation, Unreal, and young people with lived experience of dissociation to co-produce an information and self-help booklet for young people experiencing dissociation or depersonalisation for the first time.

We’re launching a brand-new booklet for young people experiencing dissociation for the first time — created in collaboration with lived experience advisors, and shaped by early findings from the ABCD study.

The content is designed to offer clear, reassuring explanations and to gently challenge common myths and misunderstandings about dissociative experiences.

We’ll be launching the booklet in October 2025 via a free webinar, open to professionals, young people, service managers - anyone interested in the project.

Once launched, the booklet will be available online and in hard copy by request. We hope to distribute to GP surgeries, counselling spaces, youth services and beyond. Can you help us spread the word?
